It is highly recommended that, prior to taking the placement test, you review basic concepts in mathematics, reading, and writing. The following is a list of resources you may want to explore in preparation of the placement test.

Academic Support Center

The Academic Support Center/Tutoring Center  can help you prepare for the math portion of the placement test. Stop by room G-116 of the main campus or call 336-506-4167 for more information.

Writing Lab

The Writing Lab can offer assistance preparing for the English portion of the placement exam. Call 336-506-4190 for more information.

The LRC (Library) is located on the 1st floor of the Wallace Gee Building on the Carrington-Scott Campus. There are many test preparation resources available to students on campus or by accessing the resource links online by clicking here.
